Dear Santa...

Hello Friends, Hello December!!

How are you all doing? I hope all is well with everyone. We're almost in the mid of December and the ambiance of the Holiday Season is getting intense. Seven days to go and it's Christmas. Everyone back home is now so busy for the most awaited feast of the year. Advance Happy Birthday our Dear Papa Jesus.

The saddest part of this is, YES, I am here in the kingdom, where there is no Christmas. Sorry I really have no hard feelings about them having no celebration like us. But what makes me unhappy is that for the second time around, in my entire existence, I will not celebrate it with my family. Me being so melodramatic is coming back once again. Sorry guys.

With the festive season fast approaching, it somehow made me realized how much I really miss back HOME. I miss how it felt to start Christmas on Septem-BER, the parties everywhere, the carols of your neighbors, the gift givings,  the famous Simbang gabi, Noche buena and a lot more.

I suddenly thought about writing this because I heard some Christmas songs. And it starts there. Homesickness attacks. Loneliness strikes. On spur of moment, I just wanted to come to the Philippines and celebrate with them. But reality faced me. I'm stuck in here.

If I will given a chance to write a leter to Santa, it will be like this...

My dear Santa,

All I really need for CHristmas is the SAFETY and GOOD HEALTH of my loved ones. I know that they are always in good hands with the guideness of our Lord. May the angels stay with them as how much I wanted to be at their side. All I ask is for their HAPPINESS. I hope they will always feel my presence though I'm thousand of miles away. I  pray that your HOLY hands will extend my LOVE for them. That even though my family are separated by distance, we are always connected by our HEARTS.

Oh my dear Santa, please send my hugs and kisses to them. Whisper in their ears how much I MISS them. How much I LOVE them. They are my reasons for breathing. They are my LIFE.

Thank you so much. You can forget about me, no worries, but please take good care of them. (^_^)

With lots of love,
 CYE

P.S.
I remember my consistent wish ever since I was a child, for my family to celebrate Christmas under one roof. I never thought I will also leave them one day. It hurts me but I have no choice. I need to go in order to pursue our dreams. Yeah! Cheer up girl! haha!

Meet KFIA (King Fahd International Airport)

Maybe two weeks ago, we went to King Fahd International Airport here in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We were suppose to dropped a good friend of ours on her flight to the Philippines. But for some reasons, it was cancelled. Oops! Don't be sad, after a day or two, she finally flew back home. No more worries.

We was from an eight hour overtime duty that night, but we made sure that we got to brought her to the airport. Another thing is we want to see the place so that if it's our turn already, we are somehow familiar with  the place.

The airport was so huge and beautiful. According to wikipedia, it is the largest airport in the world in terms of land area. Maybe the one I've seen so far was just a small part of it. That's another night to remember. I will come back there someday. Insha'allah. (^_^)

So, as always, here's another photo overload of my friends and yours truly.

Airport has two effects on people. I remember when I was small, when the airport was like a heaven to us. Everytime my Tatay would come from abroad, we made sure that we'll fetch him. That was the HAPPY side of it. Welcoming back your loved ones from long years of not seeing them. You'll witness the anticipation and excitement in each and everyone's aura. On the other side of it, you'll also see those who's leaving. Just the mere fact of thinking about it made me sad. I have childhood memories of Tatay who always went abroad to work. It hurts me knowing how sad it is to leave everthing you used to love for the sake of seeking greener pasture.

I'll stop the drama coz I don't want to be contagious guys. We need to be HAPPY. Right??

God Bless Everyone. Smile. Spread LOVE and enjoy LIFE to the fullest. (^_^)

Playlist 30.11.11

Forgive me if I haven't blogged in ages due to some problems and please blame the cold weather here right now, so it's only fitting that my first blog post in what seems like years is just some new songs that I'm current getting loca over. Since I'm a music lover by heart and soul ( OA! BOO!), it's been a routine that I'm posting my playlist every now and then.

Here's my current favorites. Listen to it. (^_^)

5. Look At Me Now by Chris Brown

4. Mistletoe by Justin Bieber

3. You Were Mine by Dixie  Chicks

2. Rolling in the Deep by Boyce Avenue

1. Funkin Perfect by Pink

I'm a sucker of new songs.  My two sisters are my sources thats why everytime I've got to chat with them I'm always telling them to update me in terms of what's new. My roommates also can attest that when I started putting earphones, I'm instantly in another world. I can't barely hear them so they end up throwing me pillows, haha. AAww! Some of the songs aren't new. (Ako na ang late!Haha!)

Anyhoo, it's pouring here in the kingdom the whole day. Though I just want to cuddle myself under my blanket, I can't. Need to get back to work. I badly want a one day of sleeping and plain rest. Can you give me, pretty please??

I hope everyone is HAPPY. May our LORD GOD bless us always.
Please take care of yourself. (^_^)

Chill Out

Yey! Before I start this I just want to send my thank you for the compliments I received on my previous post. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for reading this humble blog of mine. Really. So much.

So we are now on my second post about our short vacation last week. I am happy that finally I'm  now back on blogosphere once again. I do gave time for this because I really want to share what's keeping me busy nowadays. It's not that boring in the kingdom after all.

The same day that we went to the paradise that I told you, we came here first. It wasn't in the plan but we ended up here. But no more regrets because when we saw the beach, my heart immediately melt. The wind was so cold and strong but the sun kept it neutral. I felt like a bird catching her first fly once again. It's really refreshing. Promise.

Here's the view on our way going there.

Okay guys, this was the  place. It's in Corniche ARAMCO. We are not allowed to remove our Abaya because it's a public place. Maybe someone will catch us and we don't want any problem.

I know it's a photo overload. Can you still handle some more???I hope you won't get tired of it.

We fixed some tents in case someone wants a good rest.

Age really doesn't matter. We played like kids once again. Yaay!

We are frustrated to have a good jump shot. Urgh!

I'm the only one who got it in here. Tsk!

One of my favorite shot. Sorry for spoiling the "stolen" part by doing that peace sign with a smile.

With my one and only BOK...(^_^)

Waiting in vain...haha!

Happy fooling around in the cold water...

Aaaaw! I'm in a paradise.

It's always been my habit. Writing my name on the sand. Cute.

I also got to write the name of my blog. Weeh!
It's another day to remember for all of us. It's different when you're in a beautiful place like this. All my stress fade away instantly. I forgot about everything else and just enjoy the moment. YaaY!

I still have something to share but I'll tell you on my next post. Oh please bear with me, I can't compose it with one sitting. My mind are doing all the effort but my body wants to hit the sack most of the time. Urgh! The cold weather is a huge factor. You can't blame me. Haha.

If you read up to here, Thank you so much! See you on my next post.
God Bless Everyone...(^_^)
